- In case of not having a Federative Sailing School License and being essential, I request the License of this year.
- By confirming this application, I authorize my child, under the age of 18, to complete the above mentioned course, recognizing that the child does not have any physical or medical problems that prevent to perform this activity correctly.
- I also acknowledge that the child can swim, indispensable requirement for these activities.
- In the same way that I accept the conditions of the requested course of which i receive information in this act and its contents, I declare to know in full. Also being in the custody of the club during the activities contracted, I agree to ensure proper support.
- I also authorize the Real Club Náutico Torrevieja to take photographs and or videos of the minor, individually or in groups, during the scheduled activity and or social activity.
- I also authorize the RCNT able to use these images, names, video or recordings, to publish on their website, magazines, facebook and any other means of communication.
- I hereby Grant to RCNT, exclusively, all intellectual property rights, regarding the actions of the child in the event, as well as photographs, drawings, graphic or any kind of work that the child may participate during the activities, in any medium of dissemination, through the use of any technical procedure or operating system, for the maximum time allowed by law, always in relation to the event and in accourdance with law of Intellectual Property.
* No money will be refunded for cancellation without medical justification.
* The courses will be only carried out with a minimum of 4 students per course.
